Hi,

Specification:
Manual Installation Centos 7 | Asterisk 11.22.0-vici | VERSION: 2.14-631a BUILD: 170926-1618 | Cluster Setup | Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2680 V3 @ 2.5GHz | 16GB DDR4 RAM | 1TB (SAS) 10kRPM |No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Virtualized on XenServer

I am encountering delay on the login on the Vicidial Portal. Once the agent's login to a campaign, it enters the campaign but the call from the asterisk server is delayed and will call the agent at 4th second (0:04) of every minute. then when I call at 0:10 seconds while waiting for the call error will be displayed after 20 seconds that "No one is on your session".

But if I call on 0:58 second, on 1:04 second, the call will be made to agent and error "no one is on your session will not be displayed"

If I call on 0:01 second, I will receive the call on 0:04 second.

How can I change this that anytime I click submit, asterisk will call the agent within 4-5 seconds?

Thanks!

Hi,

This is a fresh Install. I am testing a Centos 7 Clustered Manual Installation.

Thanks!

I'm not really sure what the issue might be then. We don't test on CentOS and we strongly recommend not using virtual machines.

EDIT: After further testing, the soft phone will ring at the beginning of the new minute, say 12:00:00-12:00:04. otherwise if you login after that, it will wait again til the top of the minute.

Same thing will then happen when I click dial next number. It will only dial and then ring a phone number at the top of the minute.

very similar to the op question except this is a vicibox install and on a spare server with a different IP address that I updated on the spare server.

ip address from .190 to .199 on spare server

This is what the upgraded server shows when "asterisk -rx 'core show version'

Asterisk 1.4.44-vici built by abuild @ build19 on a x86_64 running Linux on 2013 -01-24 19:33:18 UTC

After "successfully" upgrading my spare server, I am having this same issue.

After logging in, it takes 10-30 seconds after logging in to get my softphone to ring and then on a manual dial campaign there is about a 35-40 second delay before it dials and starts ringing the phone number dialed. And another 30 or so seconds to end after hanging up the call.

Everything worked great prior to this.

This is my setup prior to the upgrade
