No call in progress tune in 3rd party conferencing

Whenever I am select conferencing there is no sound comeback in 2nd call, how to active call in process in 2nd dialed number. One more thing the default time is 60 seconds in 2nd line, until 60 seconds is reach I am unable to hung up the 3rd party call. Is there any settings to reduce the time 60 seconds to 20 seconds, or some short of time the hung up option is activated on screen. Please guide me into this the 3rd party call in progress and manual dial time out in conferencing.

To hear progress on a 3way call if you are using '9' as a dial prefix, set the dial-prefix to '88'.

Yes I made a carrier where I put the prefix as 88. One more question whenever call any script the manual dial option is getting hide. How change the screen size of script where I could easily manual dial by one page. No need to change the page by clicking on vicidial tab.
