Agents Hear a lot rings along with live customers...

HI: We use VICIdial for telemarketing purposes.
It was working fine until 23rd OCt when suddenly agents started hearing rings/bells instead of live calls (almost 50% of the calls).

We tried finding the issue inhouse, VoIP company also investigated if it was FAS but they reject calls on 503 but agent hear rings. See teh sample below:

Please try another carrier. In most cases it's a carrier issue.

If you see that the call was picked up and the ringing recording you heard is playing then its 100% FAS. Report it to your carrier or better yet get a new one.
