Outbound Dialer SIP provider.

Postby vkad » Thu Mar 29, 2018 4:54 pm

Hi,

We dial about 100k-200k calls a day. The answer rate is 60-80%.

We are dialling to USA and most of the answered calls are Answering Machines because we use a dial timeout of 33. We have tried the dial timeout of 29. But that also brings down the answer rate to 60% and mostly are answering machines.

About 5-10% depending on the AMD are passed on the agents. Since we do public surveys, most of our calls are terminated in 10-20 seconds. About 5-10% of the calls answered by the agents result in call time of 180+ seconds.

We are looking for a carrier as we are looking to scale up and we want to load balance our load. Our phone bills is currently billed at 0.007/min 6/6 billing.

Can you suggest other providers at similar or better pricing agreements.

Thanks

Let's be honest: You want another carrier because you're pretty likely to get cut off as your carrier catches on and you're hoping to dodge that bullet.

Have they warned you regarding your ASR/ACD rates yet?

Worthy of note: As long as you stay in the "flat rate" world, you'll be holding on by the skin of your teeth. Switch to tiered pricing and pay fair market (with a markup) and then you can compare real rates from real carriers. Those who sell flat-rate, but purchase tiered (which they have to do) have no choice but to fake or decline your expensive calls to make a profit. Switching to tiered may cost a tiny bit more on average, but you may find yourself with a lot more options. You may even find your answer rate improving in some of the more lucrative (ie: expensive to call) exchanges. Perhaps not a huge difference, but that is the only real way these "how-low-can-you-go" flat rate carriers operate.

That being said: I'm not allowed to share carriers except with paying clients at work. There are a lot of them out there, though. Remember that this is just asterisk SIP termination. Any carrier that provides SIP is a potential path and you can (if you do it right) spread your calls among a dozen or more carriers. FreePBX and FreeSwitch have plenty of advertising carriers. It's not just "Vicidial".

We can help you out.
We have tiered pricing and flat rate pricing.
Flat rate price is not a secret and we share it with the public to any interested party: $0.0065 with 6/6 billing. Go to our website to get more info.
We deal with your "short duration" type of traffic on the scale of millions of minutes per day.

williamconley- Flat rates work just fine because there are fewer people to call in the rural more expensive areas then there are in the metro lower cost areas. However, as a carrier, we have to connect the higher cost destinations just like the lower cost and we do lose money on those calls. That's just the name of the game. With that said, we can see if someone is abusing the flat rate right away. So if you know that your campaigns are going to be rural areas, it's a good idea to let your carrier know to avoid possible issues.
