I am really sorry for the multiple post, as i was 8 years late about the discussion on this that i have read,
Just a simple thing bugging on my mind.. is it possible to point the url to some sort of a spreadsheet for tracking purposes and populate it every time an agent hits
a certain disposition like (xfer/sale)?

I have seen a client that used a Google Docs API to do this, but I did not see how they did this in the code. I'm sure it's possible.
