I’ve been advertising for work from home agents, or remote agents, and just today I had one applicant tell me he is using Vicidial now on his current job, and another just told me he has used it several times before.
Looks like pretty soon all experienced call center agents will know VICIdial. That is a very nice thing for us!

Linus made his big money from Linux companies giving him stock back when many of them went public, and now he works for the Linux Foundation.
