Vicidial hopper LIFO and priority

Dear Team,

Is there any option in vicidial hopper where the lead which are came last has to dial out(LIFO) first based on the priority.

The leads numbers which are recently added into hopper.

I have the campiagn which is running ..In that the numbers are added using the non agent api with priority 99,50,10,0 And when iam adding the new numbers ,The numbers are going going down at hopper.Due to my new leads are dialing out after 5 to 6 hrs ..

I need the new numbers which added to hopper should dial first.

Can you help me on this ?

There is a "list order" setting in campaign settings. Try it with:
UP: select the last leads loaded into the list table

And also take a look at "List Order Secondary" setting!

Currently i have configure the List Order as UP But still its not happening ...Still calling the old lead only untill i reset the hopper.

then at end it will remain same again need to reset the hopper

Try these campaign settings:
Minimum Hopper Level: 1 (or slightly higher according to your number of agents)
Automatic Hopper Level: Y
Automatic Hopper Multiplier: 1
Auto Trim Hopper: Y

Then you should be able to dial the recently added leads much faster (within a couple of minutes). I think you have many older leads with the same high priority like the new ones, so the priority has no noticeable effect anymore.

Thanks for the reply.

I already have the same configuration.

And in the the hopper there are high priority old leads like the new ones..In that case i need to dial out new ones instead of old ones.Is that possible ?

The problem is that "priority" flag is always preferred over other criteria like list order UP, DOWN, NEW and so on. Try to add your leads without priority and only with list order "UP". How many agents are calling at which dial level and how many leads are in your hopper?
By the way what is you vicidial version and build date?

Haiii..

I have the leads in hopper around 750 number daily morning in that around 250 will be 99 priority with last call time around 4-7 hrs...Once my calling start again the new lead with 99 priority will be coming but vicidial is calling the old leads which have 99 priority instead of new lead with 99 priority .

Is there any option where i can call my new leads ...instead of dialing old leads..

or is any option where i can change in any script??

How many agents are on that campaign at same time and what is your dial level, also what is your dial timout? The number of leads in your hopper should cover only the number of leads you will dial within a minute.
Again:
Try to add your leads without priority and only with list order "UP".


Don't use hopper priority, list order "UP" will load always the newest leads into hopper, at least after a couple of minutes.
