Customer Time on Agent screen is wrong

Hi,

I am having issue on agent screen, it shows wrong customer time on agent screen, system time shows correct, but when call get connected, auto dialer or manual dial or incoming call, all call shows wrong customer time.

How we can adjust customer time? in auto dial as well as in manaul and incoming call.

I have set my server and system time time to 4 as per UAE time zone.

When you load leads, what are you putting in the "Phone Code" field?

How many hours are they off?

Do you have the "/usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_adjust_GMTnow_on_leads.pl" script in your crontab?

i have set 24 hours in campaign.

Do you have the "/usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_adjust_GMTnow_on_leads.pl" script in your crontab


no, should i set this? what this script does?

No, I was asking how many hours off from the real customer time is the display.

Yes, that does need to be in your crontab running every early morning.

it shows 5 hours ahead from real customer time. for example, if it is 18 hours, it shows 23 hours in customer time.
