Required Voice of IN-Out Recording files

We have installed vicidial 2-12 with scratch installation in Centos 6.10,
Now We want customer and agent voice files in the recording in-out files different.
How can we accomplish this? Can you help us.

1) Please always post your FULL version information with everything including the build.

2) If installing from a Vicidial installation .iso, include the full version of that as well. If not, include the full version of your OS installation .iso AND a link to the instruction set you used for installation.

3) The recordings for client audio files DO NOT have separate files for each voice. They are all in the same meetme room, and that meetme room has audio recording active with ALL voices in ONE file. Asterisk, oddly enough, records two files and they must be "mixed" to create the full/proper audio recording, but in Vicidial one of those files has ALL the audio and the other has NONE. Thus there is no 'in/out' option.
