Routing question

Good day,

I was wondering and also wandering in the admin options where i should be executing this..
i have an inbound_man campaign and we get inbound calls through a TFN
would it be possible to route a call to an agent who saved the lead? like, whoever touches and saved it first
will route and place the call to the same agent who saved or inputted the lead info?

1) Vicibox 8 is not the full version. 8.0.1? 8.1.2? Those are VERY different installs!

2) Possible method: Modify DID has a feature for "Filter URL" with an option for "Filter URL DID Redirect" which can be used to redirect the call to a specific DID directed toward a specific agent. Each DID can then be routed to an Ingroup specific to that agent or direct to that agent's phone in an AgentDirect ingroup. complex, but all these features are covered in the Manual. 8-)
