Hi Guys -

you ever experience about when hopper is filling the calls will be dropped.
Is there some change i am going to adjust?

Hopper .pl is set at 5mins on cron

Check your server load. that would most probably the reason you are dropping calls. Either you have large amount of data scrubbing like DNC, or Filters etc. Hopper is design to always refresh every now and then.

Setting hooper script to 5 min will make the waiting time for agents longer, when you dropped calls, would be good if you post system logs and Asterisk CLI
