Hi Guys,
I set up a broadcast-type campaign set the routing extension to 8366 but during the testing, we can only receive the call , the audio for broadcasting is not playing and just hang up after a few seconds. Just wanna ask some help or someone had the same experience with this. Thanks

by the way , i installed it using iso vicibox.x86_64-8.0.1

What type of audio file used. Is it wav? Do you mention correct audio file in survey?. And did you map correctly in remote agents.

Please share screenshot of your configuration.

thank Guys. This issue has been resolved. I just reinstall using the lower version from vicibox with asterisk 11. something. The latest version with latest asterisk is not working during my test.
