Hello dears,

I have a problem with the monitoring of my agents, in the real time panel I see an agent paused but in reality I have the agent with the active session, can someone tell me what could this be, please?

Thanks in advance

Vicidial Version 2.14b0.5
Asterisk Version 11.22.0
Virtual Machine, 24GB RAM, CPU 12vCore, SSd240 GB

All your servers date time must be synced with the database server.

I already found the file, I am from Mexico and I see that in the file if it is correct, is there any other parameter or configuration that I should adjust?

[Date]
; Defines the default timezone used by the date functions
; http://www.php.net/manual/en/datetime.c ... e.timezone
date.timezone = America/Mexico_City

thats the place, however im not sure this is your issue. how are your agents logging into the system? through the ip address or are you using a domain name? your agents are logging in thru the IP i would bet on.

They are entering by domain, with the analysis of "date" and "ntpdate 0.pool.ntp.org"
It shows that if the server time is correct, in a report loading if I notice that there is a difference in gmt_offset_now because I see that there is in -6 and - 7

1) Virtual Vicidial is a bad idea.

2) Do you have a single server, or multi-server/"cluster" system?

3) Top right corner: What is your "Refresh" set to?

4) Using the Java Console, is your web browser (the one with the real time screen on it) getting a response from the Vicidial server when refresh gets to Zero?

5) If your system was installed with something other than Vicibox, it is customary to include a link to the installation instructions so searches will bring you and others who used the same instruction set together. This is especially helpful if there is a mistake in the installation instructions to quickly get everyone using them up-to-date (and perhaps get those instructions fixed, too).

2) R = It is a single server in the cloud
3) R = I don't understand this question
4) R = If we see an answer, show this == Manager 'sendcron' logged off from 127.0.0.1
-- <Local/267171161165@default-00005be2;2>AGI Script agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log--HVcauses ... ---------- completed, returning 0

5) R = I don't have an instructions link on the system configuration :(

Excuse me, on this subject what I also see is that in the color monitoring the agents are shown with yellow color and they do not have a pause status but they are ready
