For outbound campaign, you have AMD. If you mean by incoming campaign, a blended campaign, usually you don't get voicemail because most of the time are human people dialing your DID unless someone is transferring the voicemail call

I have an incoming campaign and a blaster campaign configured in the same dialer.

The blaster campaign sends the customer to a call menu, then, when they press 1 or the call times out with no input from the caller, the call is sent to an In-Group linked to my Inbound campaign.

The problem is that the agent is receiving voicemail calls in the incoming campaign.
I tried setting Routing Extension: to 8375 for AMD in the blaster campaign but when calls are answered, these are cut off.
