So as most of you know, asterisk has deprecated the meetme module to be replaced by confbridge which needs a minimum Asterisk version of 16. i have created an article how to upgrade your Asterisk from 13 to 16 and install everything needed for confbridges. Theres a little bonus for doing this install, the "water drop" sound that the customer hears when they first get a call can now be turned off. here ya go:
