RECORDING CALL

Postby aina1806 » Tue Dec 13, 2022 9:14 am

Hi,

I have a problem on recording call: there is a lag.
I already verify on my speed network that is normal and the same with my internal storage of the server.

Thanks for your help.

Hello, is your installation cluster or standalone? Have you checked the performance of the database server?

Yes, I have already checked my database and it seems normal to me.
There are no sleep requests.

Describe exactly what you mean by "there is a lag".

Do you mean there is a lag between the call ending and the recording being available?
-- If yes, this is because the mixing process runs every few minutes and updates the database with the recording file location etc and is perfectly normal.

Do you mean there's bad quality audio?
-- If yes, was this audio quality issue present on the call whilst it was in progress?

The more information you provide, the better ;)
