ViciDial with 2 Nic Cards, drop calls

Hi!
I have a fresh installation Vicidial, My server has 2 Nic Cards, one for network and another for SIP trunk provider. My problem is when I have the gateway for network the calls drop but when I change it works

Call drops within 45 seconds usually indicate a NAT issue. SIP, being a network connection-oriented protocol, relies on timely and proper replies to confirm the delivery of SIP requests. If these replies don't occur within the expected time, it can result in a call drop.
