ViciDial Hosting and Pricing Question

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to make a post and get your opinions on my current ViciDial host. I want to know if I am getting a good deal or could be getting better. I'm running a call center of 4 people that work about 40hours a week. Last week, our bill was the highest it's ever been at $757.55. Below I have provided a breakdown of how the invoice total is broken down. Do you think this is a good deal? If not, how do you recommend getting these costs down? This is an invoice for one week. We are charged 50.00 weekly for sever hosting and $84.75 per week for 365 DIDs.

51,666.40 Minutes - $516.68
Taxes for Minutes - $103.34
Server Hosting - $50.00
365 Phone Numbers (DIDs) - $84.75
Inbound Surcharge - $2.78
Total for one week of operation - $757.55

Those are pretty average prices overall really, but since your term is weekly they are actually pretty good. I don't even know of too many hosting companies that offer less than monthly terms.

The per minute with the taxes are a little high at .012 but the other prices are great so that's probably how they make up for that. Hit me up on Skype I can link you with a couple other options if you'd like.
