modprobe error

hi
i am using slakware 10.2 with kernal 2.4.31
i am following all the instruction step by step
in the scratch_install document.
I had installed asrerisk 1.2.9.1 and working fine.
now when i install module for my digium x100p card.
i got error

post result of 'lspci' on your system to see if the X100P is visible.

The lspci output doesn't look like an intel 845 chipset motherboard, everything is listed as Via.

Where did you get your X100P card?
