I apologize if this has been answered elsewhere on this forum.

I need to know if Vicidial will do fully automated calls with touch-tone or IVR poll responses.

Is this possible with Vicidial?

its called survey and yes it does!

Thanks, I'm putting together a proposal and this would be icing on the cake.

Just to be clear, I can do surveys with pre-recorded questions and no live agent?
