Autodialing way above normal levels

I just migrated from 1.1.11 to 1.1.12 and noticed that with an autodial level of 1, with just one agent logged in, it now is dialing 10 calls per agent, leading to a large number of dropped calls. This didn't happen in the previous version...any idea where to look for a weird setting or something I missed in the upgrade? Dialing and transfer to agents all look good, it is just too aggressive for a setting of 1...

You should connect to the ASTVDauto screen and see what the output looks like:
"screen -x ASTVDauto"
(to disconnect from the screen when done type "Ctrl a" then "d")

Also, look at your vicidial_auto_calls and vicidial_live_agents tables and see if anything looks strange in there like an agent status not changing when the customer call is sent to them.
