Any design available for Vicidial which we can paste on the CD before sending that CD to clients to make ot more professional ?

We actually do have CD art for ViciBox(demo and server), but I never thought to post it on the site. What format/resolution would be best for this?

I'd say go with a full-size jpg.

We also have a CD cover and CD sleeve graphics for VicidialNOW if you're interested.
This was made last year and was distributed during CCAP (Contact Center Association of the Philippines -
http://www.ccap.ph) Annual Call Center Conference and Expo.
