Call Menu on VD 2.2

I created a call menu and redirected one of my DID's to the call menu, but it keeps getting a busy tone whenever I called that DID, heres the error from the asterisk CLI:

WARNING[15859]: pbx.c:2377 __ast_pbx_run: Channel 'SIP/64.2.142.15-b7017ab0' sent into invalid extension 's' in context 'Swiftdialer', but no invalid handler

Do you have the include line in your extensions.conf file for the extensions-vicidial.conf?

yeah its included. it works when you just select from the list to transfer but if you input the userid number it doesnt

I'm not sure what you mean about inputting a user ID, what does that have to do with a Call Menu?
