I cant use transfer calls on the agc user window. Which are de guides and considerations for making it run correctly

I got to look into de ast CLI verbose to guess what was happening. It uses an outside international dialplan, so we have to modiffy de dialplan to dial what is intended on the ¨number to dial¨ field of the transfer screen.
