3 AM IST and ALL agents LOGOFF automatically.
Can dialer logoff all agent when it see change in day i.e at 12 am EST ?
India(IST) is ahead of EST by 9 Hrs 30 mins

Try 24 hour dialing if you don't want to have the logoff issue for your agents.
