There is no "vicidial 1.3" and there is no "vicidial 1.3 manager manual".

There are several ways of remote monitoring as you describe. What is the version and build of admin.php you are usiing?

yes because you need to open port
first open port web apache "8080" and "80" with this you can access to the web adresse remontly open port 5060 if you use sip and or port "4569" if you use iax2
then open port rtp one is 10000 and the other is 20000
and if you have a static ip so you can just access it via web remontly and go to the listen si or iax you need also have a softphone saved too to listen.
or do this -->sip:conference@ip
you need here know the number of the conference which you want listen it.
it you have a dynamic adress so here you need to put it in /etc/asterisk/sip.conf then search external ip and create a dyndns or no-ip for this then paste it .
save your file realod asterisk
and oopssssss
it ok

So you have the 2.0.4 version of the manual and you expect it to have all details about the 2.0.5 version of the software?

Any reason you haven't downloaded the 2.0.5 version of the manual?

Where did you get a hardcopy of the manual if you don't have the PDF copy?

It is only legally distributed by us as a download or printed if you attend our training. There is a free abbreviated version and a paid full version. Both are available on the www.vicidial.org website.

Yep, that's clearly not an authorized copy, if you wanted an updated version you can buy one online at vicidial.org.
