Predictive algorithm

I'm trying to get a better sense of how the algorithm for predictive dialing works, beyond the high-level "# lines dialing = f(# agents, # agents available, avg pickup rate, etc...)".

Are there comments in the code somewhere that explain the algorithm in detail? Or is there somewhere else I can find a detailed explanation of the algorithm?

The docs/PREDICTIVE.txt document goes over the first outlines for building the predictive algorithm for ViciDial
