I would like to remove the CRM functionality from Asterisk. What are the files that would have to be modified/removed from the system and what modifications are required for that?

asterisk has no crm functionality. asterisk is a telephony engine.

are you saying you want to remove the vtiger files from the web server so people cannot log into them?

Can you clarify what are the vtiger files and what are their functionality? Also in which directory do they reside?

Thanks and Regards,
Sayantan

vtiger is a crm. it's files (if installed) ordinarily reside in a folder named vtiger which is a sub-directory of your web root (which is dependent upon your linux distro and your installation). It CAN be installed anywhere if your installer modifies the apache configuration to point to the location.
