Minor Bugs in AGENTDIRECT Queues and Call Menus in Trunk

I had posted a few bugs and accompanying patches to solve them for the following cases in mantis:
0000227: No Agent No Queue Check does not work as expected for AGENTDIRECT Queues
0000237: Menu Prompt not reproduced in Call Menu when multiple audio prompts separared by pipe is used

I would be glad to have the fixes merged into trunk if the documented issues are confirmed.

Is anyone checking the bug reports? Reproducing and verifying the issues in question won't take more than 30 minutes, and the patches for fixing the them are attached to the bug reports.

Vicidial is a great project and I would like to contribute code for bug fixes and improvements.

Don't worry, they'll get to it. But this is a seasonal thing, certain months are "hammer time" for dialers and The Vicidial Group gets very busy. At that moment, understandably, little bug fixes are not as high priority as other projects with serious deadlines. They'll be on it, though.

Actually Matt is checking issue 237 at the moment. I have to send him some more information on how to reproduce the problem.

I guess issue 237 can be closed for the moment.

I am kind of embarrassed because I've tried to replicate the problem on a test system, but I was not able to reproduce the problem. I remember quite clearly spending time watching the CLI output trying to identify the problem, and finally resolving the problem by replacing various Background commands in a row with one background command.

I have not managed to identify what special conditions at the time of my testing might have created the issue.

Matt has committed the patch for fixing the following bug to SVN:
0000227: No Agent No Queue Check does not work as expected for AGENTDIRECT Queues

Was a quite simple fix of a few lines of code, but I am quite happy for getting the code into SVN and having the opportunity to contribute to this great project.
