Get Customer Data on Agent Call Transfer

I have a requirement where the call first is answered by an agent. After speaking to the customer the first agent transfers the call to second agent where the second verifies the customer's name and address. So is it possible for the second agent to get the customer lead information after getting the call transfered from the first agent?

Also in the same requirement the first agent will be dialing the outbounds calls and transfers them. But the second agent will not be dialing any outbound calls or he will be paused he just has to answer the transfered calls from first agent and verify the details.

Can anyone help me on how we can achieve this ? Any suggestions and help would be appreciated.

Yes, that is possible, and there are a few ways to set it up. I would suggestion downloading the manager and agent manuals as a place to start.
