What do you recommend me for have in my server between 40 to 60 millions of leads?

what are your suggestions?

I don't. That is too many leads for an active system, no matter the hardware specifications.

We have a client that had over 63 million leads, their system was very slow and then their table crashed, putting them out of commission for a whole day while the DB was repaired.
