Asterisk Symbol Lookup Error

Hi guys,

I'm trying to build or install vicidial 9 from scratch Opensuse 15.1 on AWS EC2. I'm following the steps on this link http://viciwiki.com/index.php/OpenSuSE_Scratch_Install. I've got no error until I ran "asterisk -vvvvvvc" and got this error message,

"asterisk: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib64/asterisk/modules/res_pjsip.so: undefined symbol: ast_serializer_pool_create"

What should I do? Did I miss something? Send help.

just run "asterisk -r" where did you see to run that command? I wrote those instructions so I know that was not on them.

When i run "asterisk -r" it display this message,
Unable to connect to remote asterisk (does /var/run/asterisk/asterisk.ctl exist?)

thats why i run asterisk -vvvvvvc.

Is your crontab setup correctly? Try to run the following

/usr/share/astguiclient/start_asterisk_boot.pl

after you ran that command, asterisk still didn't start with "asterisk -r"?

and you should switch the firewall to use the following:

/usr/local/bin/VB-firewall.pl --whitelist=ViciWhite --white --whiteips
