Hey guys,
Is there a way to set it up to call a lead twice in a row and then follow the dialing rules again to try every 3 hours?
Rather then dialing once, if not the lead is not gotten ahold of, dial again in 3 hrs.
Why not DIAL them twice in a row, if they don't pick up, then move onto the next lead.
Alternative number wont work, as it will just wait to dial them again 3 hrs later.
Has anyone implemented this, is this possible?
