Hi,
Could anyone help me on below two issue:
1. How to provide my customer an interface on vicidial from which he can upload audio file and load leads and run a voice broadcast campaign at his convenient time?
2. How to provide customer a detail report of the voice broadcast where he can see the calltime, caller number, called number, which calls were picked up, which were disconnected, call duration etc?

You can try survey campaigns and check call export reports.
