Remove permissions to add or delete DNC number

Hello, how to remove permissions to administrators to add or delete numbers to the DNC list?

There is currently no separate user permission for ADDING to a DNC list, there is a user permission for DELETING from a DNC list.

It's just an option on the User Modify page, so go to that page for the user you want to enable it for and enable it, then submit the form.
