hi..., i have a situational problem here_example i load leads for about 3800 to start the call session after all the leads are used...no more leads on vicidial, i check the vici reports particularly...VDAD report and Agents Performance Details...the problem is i only got 1400 total calls..where are the remaining numbers of leads...?

yes i already reloaded it but same problem the number of leads loaded are not the same with the total calls in the report...how could that be>>.? :shock:

Did you enabled the Dial Statuses that needs to be redialed on the campaign manager?

If not or dont know how kindly please check the manager's manual. If you dont have the manual you can get it at www.eflo.net
