date and time problem in vicidial

hi to all. i have a problem here.

i adjusted the date to gmt-5. but the date did not change. is it related with the ntp config? pls help me with this one. thanks.

Check the time aned zone on your Linux server, check the gmt setting on your servers setting in VICIDIAL, and check the gmt setting for your phones table setting in VICIDIAL.
