Reset Lead-Called-Status

I'd like to use this feature for the lists but don't want it to reset the call status of DNC or SVYEXT. Is this possible ?

This does NOT reset the status, only the flag that says the lead has been called. You will only dial the statuses that are defined in your campaign even if the called_since_last_reset flag is set to N for all leads in a list.

Let me think about this, here is what I am trying to do. The leads that have reached X in lead recycling need to be set back 0 again. i figured if I reset it in the list it would do this for me. Apparently not from what you are saying. However, I do not wnat to call back people that have OPTED out for DNC.

Leads are placed in the hopper apart from the other criteria (time zone etc.) if their called status is NO AND if lead status is set in the campaign settings.
I.e. - for campaign settings you choose to dial NEW, AA, NA, N- only those statuses from the list AND those which called_since_last_reset is NO will be placed in hopper.
When you reset Lead-Called-Status all leads get called_since_last_reset = NO, but you re-dial ONLY those leads with statuses NEW, AA, NA, N, as defined in your campaign.
