Does it do that for every call, exactly like that?

No, its random.. however I am starting to think it was a problem with my bVoicemail on my cell phone. What are the common reasons that cause that error ?

No idea what causes that, I am not an expert at how the AMD application works. I usually just look for patterns in things like that to identify what is happening.
