Hello Friends,
Outbound Call issue.
Using Manual dial i could able to make a call to customer. But when i changed the dial to "Adapt_ Tapered" i couldn't see the leads preview in agent login, and call get connects to the customer, but cannot able to listen both ends.(Means Autodial is not working). Anyone could help me to find a solutions

I'm not really sure what exactly your problem is. Are you having audio issues? Preview dialing does not work in any dialing mode but MANUAL.

Please post the results of "screen -ls" on your Linux CLI
