I have a closer campaign with an in-group. In that in-group I have the alert agent extension set to 8305 which should play back a message stating "You're receiving a call from the queue" then there is a 1000ms delay between that time. Is there an on/off switch for this? As its all setup however its not actually playing that message for the agent nor is it delaying before it sends the call to the closer.

Would need to see some Real Asterisk CLI of this happening. Is "No Delay Call Route" set to N?

That is most definitely the issue, was set to "Yes"
