Hi,
One of my customers is open from 0600 to 0100 the next day, every day. Is there a way to make a call time for that?
Thanks.,

are you saying that you intend to DIAL OUT to customers whose LOCAL TIME is during all those hours? (you're going to CALL PROSPECTS at 1AM? their time? seriously?)
or you are selling vicidial services to a call center and the employees will be clocking in those hours (and dialing around the globe to Prospect/Clients whose local time is a little more ... reasonable)?

No, I am not that insane. Its an inbound callcenter for sales and support. No dialing out.

then what are you looking to set for the times? you don't need to 'limit to local times' with defined times for Inbound campaigns ... are you looking for "send it to answering machine" for the inbound's times after hours?
if so .. the best guess i can come up with is to set it up "backwards".
set the hours to be from 0100 to 0600. set the drop timer to 2 seconds. when it drops, send it to voice mail. set the "after hours" to go to ANOTHER in-group.
the other in-group becomes your real in-group which will only get calls during the appropraite hours (NOT between 1AM and 6AM)

Thats kid of what I am doing now, only with GotoIfTime in asterisks dialplan... I need the call between 0100 and 0600 to be redirected to an offsite number.
I wanted to avoid hacking extensions.conf.
