Hi Matt,
Is there any way agent can see status of other agent on their screen?
It will help agent much on who can available for support him (in case tranfer the call).

This not currently a feature in ViciDial, but it sounds like a good one. I would suggest posting it to the issue tracker as a feature request and also let us know if you would be willing to sponsor such a new feature.
