fronter - closer

This is something new to me. So bear me with the question.

They have a requirement for the fronter closer. Where the fronter will transfer the call to the verifier including all the information of the customer.

Now I've been looking all over the manual.

How do you set this one up?

You just set up an In-Group and allow the outbound campaign to be able to transfer calls to it.

Then the agent just does Transfer-Conf, then selects the in-group they want to transfer to from the pull-down and clicks on LOCAL CLOSER.

There are no explicit instructions in the manual for this because it is basically just another inbound campaign.

It's possible for the agent first to talk to the verifier before passing the call?

this is called consultative transfer right?

Yes, that's a consultative transfer, you need to put CXFER90009 in the number-to-dial field. before you do a LOCAL CLOSER button press to do them.
