Hi, can anyone how do i setup a simple voice bradcasting like 20 channels on my vicidial...

It's in the manual...

to limit it to 20 channels depends on how your system is set up and what kind of trunks you are using.

mflorell...my setup for voice broadcasting is this, when the vicidial dials and the customer answer the phone- a prerecorded audio would played right away then he/she will be ask to press 1 to be forwarded to the agent/customer support then when press 2 to the hangup or do not call list.
that would be all but this is on a predictive mode....ratio calls
