weird ... simultaneous calls were disminished somehow

Hi guys

One month ago I got my vicidial installed via your professional services and everything has been working ok until yesterday when the number of concurrent calls came down from 7 to 4.
Rephrasing, what I usually had was the sum of calls ringing plus agents in call were 7 and any additional attempt to place calls were reflected as trunks short

Now for some unknown reason the sum of calls ringing plus agents in call is restricted to 4 !

I'm using ratio dialing with a factor of 1.5 with 6 people connected.

I just reset the server and things came to normality.

Also I forgot to tell you that just before things messed up I use the option Force Reset of Hopper ... it might affected the system in the way I described before.
