hi everyone
i am using vicidial am getting calls in manual dial, its working fine but when i change the dial method to ratio i can see the agents were ready but no live calls , no calls placed and no calls were dialling, moreover in manual dialling the asterisk automatically stops in the middle,
can any one help me out in this please
