I have been testing using IAX2 to a provider in the UK. If the calls were picked up the first available agent got the Live Call and was connected. Great. Someone in my organization wants to test using OpenVox cards over the PSTN, now the calls are passed to the available agent (me) as soon as the line starts ringing, not when it is picked up. Any advice as to what I have done wrong/missed. The campaign is adapt hard limit with available tally as we will be running as a progressive dialler. Thanks. John.

Please read the stickies (the posts marked as sticky at the top of each category) and the MANUAL (available on EFLO.net). In there you will find that you need to post your hardware and software with versions and any Other Software you may have installed in your system.

Put this information in your signature and you will save yourself a lot of 'waiting' time while noone can really help you because they don't have this information.

Also, you may find that you answer your own question or find out where your answer may be (so you don't have to wait for an answer ...).

That being said:

Your information was somewhat vague, as if you assume we know your entire configuration and assumed most of it.

Did you say that you put an OpenVox card (or several) into your system and now ALL your calls are considered answered immediatly (even the IAX ones)? Or are you only using OpenVox now and not IAX? Have you checked with OpenVox support (if you purchased new cards, you would likely be entitled to free support to get them working properly ...) and discuss with them that the calls through that card are considered answered even though they are still ringing ...

You can post the appropriate configuration information (for the OpenVox card) and/or the portion of the CLI during which the call is made AND the dial plan you are using for these calls (three lines, usually something including the pattern _91NXXNXXXXXX ...)
