Hi Matt,

We use vicidialnow-1.2-ce Final version.
In database, one table is here vicidial_agent_sph.

What is use of this table?
please tell me.
End to end premised call center solutions @ USD 60/workstation/month.
Asterisk Cosultancy, IVR Development, CTI @ USD 30/hour.

It was created for a custom process that we never got around to creating a generic SPH-generation script for.
