Hi, Im interested in increasing the duration of the generic_hold prompt rule. The VDAD_all_inbound agi specifies that only 10 seconds the most will be played and repeated. But what if I need to play a larger audio, a larger wellcome or hold prompt script... How can I do this?

This is why in SVN/trunk we have added web-configurable music on hold so you can play messages without halting the attempt to send calls to an agent. When the on-hold-prompt file plays the call cannot be sent to an agent which is why we do not recommend going longer than 10 seconds on that prompt.
